SMART way for GOAL setting.

As we all know that " We cannot hit a target if we cannot see the target ". Goal give a sense of direction , purpose and meaning to life. So, Goal setting is the first step towards the ladder of success. Now the question is ' How to set Goal ? '. First of all we should know that goal setting is NOT a single decision rather it is a series of steps. So, In here I'm going to share a SMART rule for  setting Goal . S - SPECIFIC   :- Goal must be to the point  for example " I want to lose weight " is a wishful thinking and it becomes a goal when the statement becomes " I will loose 5 kg in 90 days ". In the second statement you are being specific with a deadline. M - MEASURABLE   :-  Measurement is a way of tracking your progress. Always remember that ' if you cannot measure it, you cannot achieve it '. So, goal must be measurable.                 A - ACHIEVABLE   :- Achievable means goal should be challenging  i.e  it should be sligh

WINNING vs WINNER

            I know that this two words sounds similar, and for many people they mean similar too, but let me tell you that they are totally different. So now the question is that "What is the difference between winning and being a winner ?"    " Winning is a event and being a Winner is a spirit "              So. let me tell you a story to get grip on the terms :- In 1968 Olympic Marathon in Mexico City, John Stephen Akhwari was competing in the forty-two km race. Accidentally, he got hit. He hurt his knees badly and dislocated some joints at the 19th kilometre point.  He could have quit the the race at that point, but in spite of severe pain, he continued running and eventually finished last amongst 57 competitors who completed the race out of 57, He ran approximately three and a half hours even when the crowd had dispersed and it was after sunset, The winner of the Marathon was someone else. When the medal were being awarded, the television crew came to know that
