7 Effective ways to deal with DEPRESSION.
A person in Depression feels trapped and cannot get out of negative thoughts.
So, there I'm sharing some of the effective ways to deal with Depression.

1. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY :-
Do some kind of physical activity everyday either it can be playing some sports like cricket, football, etc or may be some other kind like swimming, running, jogging, weight training, etc , which helps to increase the flow of oxygen in the brain which makes you feel active and energized all time.
2. EAT HEALTHY :-
As we are familiar with the slogan that " a healthy mind lives in a healthy body". So that means, healthy body cannot be obtained by only doing physical activity, balance diet also plays a very important role.
3. DISCIPLINE YOURSELF :-
Set daily goals and discipline yourself to achieve them and always remember that no one in this world is perfect so do not feel bad if you cannot achieve some goal on some day, just move on.
4. READ / HEAR / SEE SOMETHING MOTIVATIONAL EVERYDAY :-
Well, we all know that only reading, hearing or seeing motivational stuffs everyday will not work for long term but, believe me in situation like Depression, when your mind is full of negativity, it can give some positive boost.
5. BUSY YOURSELF :-
Make yourself busy in different activities by developing new hobbies like sketching, painting, gardening, etc ,So that your mind cannot switch to some negative thoughts.
6. REPLACE THOUGHTS FROM NEGATIVE TO POSITIVE :-
This is the most important point and this is applicable for those who eagerly wants to get out of the situation because in this the person have to replace negative thought with some positive thought.
7. SLEEP WELL :-
As we all know every major change either physically or mentally takes place while we sleep, So quality sleeping of 7 to 9 hours is a must.
