POMODORO TECHNIQUE : For Time Managment.

Every person in this planet have been procrastinated in some or the other point of time in their life.
Procrastination is just opposite of decision making i.e. a person who cannot take quick and definite decisions will led to procrastinate.
So, here I'm going to share one of the decision making technique i.e. the POMODORO TECHNIQUE which you can practically apply in your life and use your time productively.
First of all let me tell you that POMODORO is an Italian word for TOMATO.
This technique was founded by "Francesco Cirillo".

The technique can be applied by following the below steps :-
STEP 1: Think about a task that is to be done .
STEP 2: Set the POMODORO timer (generally for 25 minutes).
STEP 3: Turn off all the interrupts and focus on the task.
STEP 4: Stop the task when the time is up.
STEP 5: Take a short break (3 to 5 mins), in which you can give yourself a reward which can as simple as a cup of coffee or a few mins of walk in your garden.
STEP 6: Return to STEP 2 and continue.
STEP 7: If you have successfully completed 4 pomodoro, take a long break (15 to 30 mins).
STEP 8: Return to STEP 1.
So, these are easy and practical steps that you have to follow to apply this technique.
