5 Practical ways to deal with ANGER.
ANGER is just like any other emotion, and its quiet normal to get angry when things are not going your way, but it ban become a problem if it is aggressive.
So, here I'm sharing some of the most practical and effective ways to control your anger.
1. DIVERT THE ENERGY :-
Aggressive anger is a negative energy which have to be passed to someone or something either by shouting on someone or by beating someone or something , so you have to divert the energy in such a way that no one is affected by that negative energy no even you.Some of the ways to divert the energy are sprinting, extensive exercise, etc.
2. TRY TO LAUGH :-
It may sound weird but trying to laugh when you are angry by watching funny videos, memes or anything that you love doing, can reduce the negative energy.
3. REVERSE COUNT DOWN :-
It is the most practical and easiest way to control anger. In this you just have to count from 100 to 1 and believe me, this will not only reduce the anger, but also helps to divert the thought.
4. ACCEPT THE TRUTH :-
Everyone in this world wants to win, either it is a football match or a world war, but the truth is that when two person or two teams will compete with each other, the one have to lose, and you have to accept that and move on by not repeating the same mistakes.

5. MONITOR YOU BREATHING PATTERN :-
When we get angry our breathing process becomes very much fast and due to which blood circulation in the brain and body increases extensively, so to control the process we have to control the breathing technique by taking long deep breaths for about 90 seconds.
So, these are some of the practical techniques to control the anger.
